The project begins with simplified architecture and neutral clay studies - establishing massing, camera, scale and the rhythm between built form and coastline.
Light, material and mood
Atmosphere is developed through changing times of day, landscape integration, material response and cinematic framing. The goal is consistency - not isolated beautiful frames.
Life around architecture
People, movement and quiet interactions transform the project from an object into a destination. Each scene communicates a different part of the resident experience.
